Jandel Engineering Limited manufactures a miniature cartridge probe designed for use with AIT equipment, including models such as the SR1000N and SR2000N.
Features:
- Miniature cartridge probe compatible with AIT equipment (e.g., SR1000N, SR2000N).
- Mounting holes on the probe allow customers to manufacture their own probe holders.
- Top holes are tapped M3, and back holes are tapped 6-32 by default. Custom hole sizes (6-32 or M3) can be made on request.
- Similar probe design used with older Napson and Kokusai equipment, but these are not interchangeable. Care should be taken to avoid confusion.
- High mechanical accuracy: Specifications for radii, spacing, and planarity are verified using video inspection systems and optical interferometers.
- Load verification is performed with an electronic force gauge.
- Each probe features upper and lower jeweled needle guides for stable contact during measurements.
