The Aseptic Homogenizer is a specialized high-pressure homogenization system designed for processing sensitive materials under sterile and hygienic conditions. This system is ideal for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food and beverages, and cosmetics, where maintaining aseptic conditions during processing is critical.
Four separate zones, including the product zone, are steam sterilized and separated from two pump zones.
The process temperature can be monitored at the inlet and outlet of each of the four seam-sterilized zones.
