The RRDE-3A is a compact rotator system designed for rotating ring-disk electrodes in electrochemical applications, offering high accuracy with its 12 mm diameter electrode and short stainless steel shaft for precise concentric alignment. It is electronically controlled by a proportional-integral closed-loop circuit, powered by a DC servomotor. The system allows easy interchangeability of compact electrodes and includes an adjustable valve for inert gas purging inside the cell vial. It can operate as a stand-alone unit or be controlled by the Model 2325 or other instruments, with built-in gas control for sample purging. Additionally, the cell vial is simple to remove, clean, and replace electrodes.
