EZE-Seal® High Pressure & High Temperature Laboratory Chemical Reactor

The EZE-Seal® High Pressure & High Temperature Laboratory Chemical Reactor offers an efficient and reliable solution for high-pressure chemical reactions. Featuring a unique “Double Delta” metal gasket, this reactor provides a secure seal with low torque, thanks to a wedging action in V-shaped grooves. This design ensures a tight seal with minimal clamping force, making it easier to operate under extreme conditions.

Key Features:

  • High-Pressure Rating: Capable of withstanding 3,300 psi @ 850°F (227 bar @ 454°C), this reactor is built for demanding applications and meets the stress level limits of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division 1. An optional ASME code stamp is available for additional compliance.
  • Low-Torque Seal: The Double Delta metal gasket ensures easy sealing with low torque, improving ease of use and reducing the need for excessive force during operation.
  • Easy Cleaning and Maintenance: The design eliminates foot bearings, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and making the reactor easier to clean and maintain.
  • Enhanced Access: Provides easy access for conducting high-pressure and high-temperature chemical reactions, including chemical synthesis, solvothermal reactions, and handling corrosive, hazardous, and reactive chemicals.
