Platinum electrodes are deposited on a quartz glass substrate and used as current-carrying and potential difference measuring electrodes. The distance between voltage terminals can be adjusted by changing the connection pins. For in-situ measurement of metal transitions in conductive polymer insulator doping, a 4-terminal electrode is employed. The 2-terminal method is used for the low-doping insulator layer, while the 4-terminal method is used for the high-doping metal layer. This electrode setup allows for measurements at 15 different distances by combining the connection terminals, providing flexibility for detailed analysis.
